This document sets out the Privacy and Cookies Policies (the “Policy”) of SCALA VENTURES (Legal Entity: 57.443.298 EDUARDO LEMOS MOTA VIEIRA), a company incorporated and existing according to the laws of Brazil, registered under CNPJ 57.443.298/0001-21, with headquarters located at Rua Lagoa do Itaenga, 282, Paulista - PE, Brazil (hereinafter “Scala Ventures” or "We").

This Policy applies in connection with Fala Dani automation services (the “Services”), a product owned and operated by Scala Ventures, whenever someone (hereinafter the “User”) accesses and uses the Website at https://faladani.com, integrates WhatsApp Business API, or otherwise transmits Personal Data to us.

If User has any reservations, doubts or objections to this Policy, User should resume and exit from the Sites refraining from disclosing, showing, transmitting, sharing, making any Personal Data available into the Sites or in connection therewith.

1. What and how Personal Data is collected?

From you, as a User of the Application, we may collect some or all of the following Personal Data:

• Personal data provided by the User: we collect the content, communications and other information you provide when you use our Services, including when you sign up for an account (e.g. username, password, email address, phone number) and company details.
• WhatsApp Business API Data (Meta): To provide our automation services as a Tech Provider, we collect and process specific Meta/Facebook data, including:
  • WABA ID (WhatsApp Business Account ID);
  • Phone Number ID;
  • Access Tokens (for API communication);
  • Message Content & Metadata (processed by AI for automation purposes).
• Information we collect when the User uses our Services: we collect information when you visit or use our Services, including IP address, browser type, device info, and interactions with the platform features.

2. Purpose of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To operate the chatbot automation, process messages via AI (LLM), and manage your subscription.
• Technical Support: To troubleshoot issues with the WhatsApp API integration.
• Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve our AI models (in an anonymized manner).
• Billing: To process payments via our providers.

We DO NOT sell your personal data or conversation history to third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share data only with essential sub-processors required to deliver the Service:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp): For message transmission (inherent to the service).
• Google LLC (Gemini AI & Cloud): For AI processing and cloud infrastructure.
• Supabase: For secure database hosting.
• Vercel: For web hosting and deployment.

4. Cookies Policy

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that Fala Dani (Scala Ventures) may transfer into the User’s device to enable our systems to recognize User’s browser.

By default, the Website uses:

• Essential Cookies: For authentication (keeping you logged in).
• Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics, PostHog): To understand usage and performance.
• Marketing Cookies (Meta Pixel): To measure campaign effectiveness.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of the Dashboard.
